Glazed Ginger Chicken Recipe

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast tenders or thighs

Directions

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, mix ginger, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  2. Add the chicken and mix well.
  3. Marinate one hour or longer as time permits.
  4. You can broil in the oven or use your grill.
    To broil in the oven: Line a pan with foil and place the chicken to cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or until done.
    To grill: Place the chicken on the preheated grill at low to medium. Grill each side 4-6 minutes. Remove from grill and let sit 5 minutes.
