Works for me! Really, this makes good sense. So if I apply your theory to my cir****tances, I maintained between 145-150 for about 4 years - so I'll split the difference and say 148. I'm at 164 this a.m., so that means I've gained 16 lbs. I can live with that - and still work like the Dickens to get back to 150, which is where I'd like to be. More than that, though, I want to feel fit and strong again - have really let go of my workout, so that's going to be my focus.
