    40 and Fabulous!!!

    Hey all! Just tooting my own horn again. Yesterday was my 40th birthday. One of the main reasons I pushed to have my surgery when I did was because I didn't want to go into my 40's sick and out of shape. Check that goal off the list. I'm 40, 139lbs, no co-morbids, a runner and a fitness trainer. My life sooooo far exceeds expectations. I have a great husband, wonderful kids and a ton of family and friends who give me so much love. I had a blow out party last night...several of the 50 people that attended were people that I met through obesity help. I have been so blessed to find this site.     WOO HOO ... you toot that horn cuz you deserve it! My b-day was July 27th (I was only 29 though) ... but I finally feel my age! No more Granny clothing - no more Granny attitude (that I can't do something). CONGRATS - I hope to be as happy & Healthy as you are when I turn 40. Sue 320/140
