Post Date: 2/19/11 7:09 am I also did great for a few years. I had a wonderful twin pregnancy only gaining about 25 lbs. I actually started putting on weight after I had the babies. I think I ate out of stress and being tired all the time. My kids are four now and I'm up to 200 lbs. My lowest weight was 145. I'm kicking myself for putting the weight back on. My energy is not optimal, my hubby works 2nd shift so I'm home with the kids all night by myself. I find myself having some beer and salty snacks after putting the kids to bed. Both my hubby and I have had the roux en y and put weight back on. It's hard to stick to the protein only diet because even though I like meat, chicken, fish more than carbs my hubby requires starches, gravies, "slider foods" at meals or he will get sick. I also find myself just addicted to sugar lately. Got to get a handle on that... hope more from May 2004 check in!
