Remember, fine grit sandpaper can be your friend. No plastics for me! I kinda got lucky. I have about 3 more pounds I want to lose. You know, it's a number thing now. But, I figure if I can fit in size 2 or size 4 jeans (size 7 in juniors), I'm doing okay. lol I got really, really lucky that nothing is really that flabby.
Can't wait to hear more about it! I'm almost jealous. LOL

It will be awhile on some of it. I will have to make it in stages LOL! But we are currently attempting to get the insurance to cover the first part (or most of it). Very exciting and I can't wait!!!!!! though I want to lose another 20lbs before I do the lower lift. That my insurance will probably not cover so I will have to wait to get the money together.....but just having the plan on what we are going to do and just having settled on the PS I like.....that is exciting!!!!!
So anyone else working on this part of the journey yet?

So good to hear from you. I just posted my favorite breakfast over on the RNY board this morning.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (0% fat)
1/2 cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Kashi Go-Lean Granola
3 spenda packets
1/2 tsp SF Gelatin - Strawberry flavored
2 oz Strawberries
Just over 200 cals and 27 grams of protein....desert for breakfast...this should be illegal. Off to a great PLANNED start to my day.
For your tortillas that you use, have you found the high protein wraps. I like them and the protein is amazing.

Anyway, here's my answer to your question. I'm a bad girl. There are days I can't even look at food let alone eat it. I'm thinking it's depression or something. I've become a fork food pusher. We just got back from lunch. All I did was cut food and move it around. Sadly, Mark got Oreos. Guess who could actually spend a day just eating 6 Oreos and be happy. Sad, sad, sad.
If I'm having a "normal" day I usually have either my Fuzzy Navel protein shake or some cereal for breakfast. I'm like 8 again. I love Lucky Charms. LOL I'll drink a hot tea after I eat. Lunch is either a small salad or grilled chicken at Cracker Barrel. Dinner is whatever I cook. Last night I made Bisquick Healthy Chicken Parm breasts. VERY good. So, I had half a chicken breast (about 2-3 oz), a spoon of mac n cheese and a spoon of stuffing with a little gravy on it. I had Splenda Tea afterwards.
Around 10 pm I watch General Hospital on SoapNet. After my aunt's stepdaughter's recent horror with popcorn (she's 4 years post-op), I steer clear of popcorn! I try to either suck on two SF Fudgesicles (40 cals each) or have a cookie or two. Usually, though, it's the fudgesicles.
I'm jealous you can do leftovers. Any time I warm up food I get the foamies. * Cyndi *

I usually have breakfast when I get to work. It's either oatmeal, cereal, greek yogurt, and/or fruit. On my bad days when I can't grab anything I pick up a breakfast wrap at the coffee shop and have 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 for lunch. It's a white-flour tortilla with 2 eggs, cheese and bacon. Not the best of choices, I know.
Lunch is usually whatever I had the night before for supper. If I run out of leftovers I either have a big salad, or this veggie/cheese/cracker plate from the deli. It's a small plate with a cheese stick, veggies, and 2 saltine crackers.
Then comes the evening - my major downfall time. I still come home (not even hungry) and feel like I can eat anything and everything in front of me. Even if it's fruit - my portion control is non-existent.
Supper is usually a lean meat with something else. Either veggies, or a starch.
I feel like if I eat less throughout the day, I get much fuller and faster than if I eat more. Anybody else find that? |
