I was 212 pre-surgery; 199 the morning of surge which was June 28th- currently 187- and loosin very very (did I say very???) SLOWLY... It's frustrating- I eat properly, exercise 3-4x's a week... But that is why I had surgery to begin with. I wasn't losing at all, in fact I GAINED sometimes so this is an improvement

Hi Everyone, Its been forever since I posted. Went to the Dr today. I am 5 days from being 5 months out. I have lost 80lbs. I am at a stall right now but today I got a b-12 shot and I am back on my protein. Hoping to start losing again. How is everyone else doing?
