     it just dawned on me:

    OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! It just dawned on me.......I started my pre-op liquid diet.....1 year ago today!!!!!!! SO this means 2 weeks to my wedding anniversary *ack* and 2 weeks to my surgery date



    I am bouncing between 165 and 170 i am happy with that

    6-8-9-10 depending on where i shop and the the day

     Girl..the first time i went to Wally to buy pantes..I cried....then i decided i wanted new pants..I walked the mall like 10 before i got the guts to walk in a store that was NOT Lane Bryant or Torried to try on slacks for work....I went into NY & CO cause my daughter drug me in there...cause she was tired of walking..LOL

    there has been tears..but not for food..or for the changes in my body...but for clothes

     well taking pics of Realize Tummy today...i was told..I LOOK AWESOME......I am down to 173...there is a 16.6 point difference in my BMI..I am at 29.7...and if I go by my primary Dr. scale..I am almost half a person....HAPPY ME


    i feel wonderful....

    and i think if i cut my hiar..my Dr. would not have reckongized me...
