    Hi Ray, I had surgery in Nov 2002....I, unfortunately, have gained back almost 50% of my weight. Can you let me know a few sample menus of what you eat in a typical day? Thanks! Jayde ;-)

    Hi, I am in the same boat...I had surgery in 2002...and have gained back 60 lbs. I am sick about it!! I did read something about "slider" foods..I would like to get more info on what foods are considered "slider" foods. I think I am clearly eating TOO many carbs, and am grazing all day as I never feel satisfied...I always feel hungry. Let's support each other! Jayde 8-)
