Congrads Brenda! I will have my surgery on Nov. 29th...I feel your excitement

Hello Brenda, I am scheduled on November 22, and just receievd approval from my job to take the leave. Any of you have any idea how long to ask off from work?? I am having the RNY-lap. I actually hold 2 positions; one is at an office desk and the other is surgical where I have to move around >100 at times. I was thinking about 8 weeks for the surgical position and less than 2 wks at the office job. What do you all think? I realize I will need to get the official # from the surgeon, but I wondered what types of numbers you all have been told. Thanks!
