Haven't posted for awhile....
B: 2 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice ww toast
L: 1 c. homemade chicken noodle soup
S: 1 grilled sausage with mustard at work
D: 1 c. soup and 1/2 c. homemade curried chicken salad ( I cooked a big pot of chicken and made a few dishes!)
S: Prob another sausage and a pack of peanuts!
My work schedule has changed. Today is my Friday :) Looking forward to a couple of relaxing days and days to re-focus and get back on track.
