I have a friend that recently had WLS and is looking for a local support group in her area (near Hoover). Is there one? She is not on OH currently and I will be happy to pass along the info to her :)

Leanne there is several support groups in the Birmingham area.   Ann Couch does  one at Trinity Hospital.  She does a group during the day and also has one in the  afternoon.  Stephanie Dutton also does a support group at Princeton Hospital.  I think she has one in the afternoon and also does a Saturday group.  She should be able to call either hospital and get the times and dates.
