B:  3 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice cheese, sliced tomato, ww toast
S:  Coffee
L:  2 hot dogs  with saurkraut
D1: 3 oz baked honey mustard chicken, 1/2 c green beans, 1 corn cobbette
D2:  Prob more of D2!


Exercise:  None.  I cooked all morning and brought into work tonight!

So much to do, and I'm running on empty since I played too much at the beach over the weekend..

B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled  chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice 4 cheese manicotti
S-banana
S-strawberries
S-Chobani
D-steak and veggies

Dessert-NSA Klondike bar

I'll do weights and abs today

Working from home 1/2 day tomorrow-then BEACH!

Still gotta pack, do laundry, get nails done, pedi.........the list goes on.......

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-soup and crackers
S-banana
S-watermelon
D-not sure-bunco tonight

no exercise for me today

Congrats on the great 3 yr. check up!  Have a blast at the beach!

B:  1/2 c. melon with cottage cheese, 1 boiled egg
S:  coffee
L:  1 slice ww toast, 1 slice turkey, 1 slice cheese
S:  6 P-nut butter and crackers
D1:  1/2 c. tuna salad, 1 slice ww bread, cucmber slices
D2:  prob 1 1/2 to 2 c. chef salad that I made at home, 1/2 c. potato soup (also homemade)
S:  Not sure....probably a banana although I really need more protein for today......

Exercise:  Only walked a mile b4 work today.  Slept late and it was getting hot outside!  Will log about 2 more miles at work tonight....hoping for a slow evening.

Welcome!  Our little Alabama board is quiet, but we've got some great folks here.

My advice is this:  Do what your doctor tells you to do, and be comitted to completely changing your lifestyle.  And of course, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE.

We are here for you if you need anything, and be prepared to go shopping!  I had to even replace all of my shoes (which didn't break my heart because I love shoes!!)

(I thought I posted this on the Alabama board, but I actually did it on the main board...so I'm xposting it here, where I meant it to go)


Sorry I've been MIA..............BUDGET SEASON.  Finally finished my division's budget and had our 1st pass meeting....so I can come up for air!

I saw my surgeon yesterday for my 3 year follow up.  He said I'm "just perfect".  I am now waiting on my labs so I can see if they are all good.

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine or soup (not sure what I'll want)
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-salmon and broccoli

Dessert-NSA Klondike bar

Exercise:  I'll do some shoulder/back work and abs, then I'll walk the neighborhood with DH.

I'm off to the beach this weekend!!  Can't wait-I LOVE running at the beach.  Have a great day.

Topic: Nesidioblastosis following GB??
Good morning! Have been diagnosed with Nesidioblastosis. Yes, it is rare but more people than I realized have it. Can seem to get me blood sugar to level out and was wondering if anyone else has it and maybe they can share their daily diet plan. Thanks bunches. All response that are helpful are welcome!

 Do you tell them at Moes you want a salad with no shell? or do you get it with the shell and just not eat it? I like Moes. Been there 2 times i think but they scare me bc i love burritos/taco salads.

Dr Steve Isbell takes medicaid he is in fort payne at Dekalb Hospital. Hope this helps. I am scheduled for my surgery 6-11-12

I am new here. I am in the Stevenson area. I have been approved for surgery and it is scheduled for 6-11-12. Dr Steve Isbell is going to be doing my surgery. His office was great, it only took 3 weeks to get Medicaid approval. Any advice and experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I missed the post yesterday...........BUDGET SEASON.  After next week life should return to normal!  Last night I had an awesome workout!  I did P90X shoulders and arms (my fave!) then did Ab Ripper 200.  I am quite sore today.  I'll run when I get home today....the weather is amazing!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast (eating it now!)
L-Moe's salad with no shell (I used the nutrition builder and the salad is 595 calories, and I'll eat about 1/2 of it)
S-Chobani
S-Banana
D-salmon and steamed brocolli

Dessert-s/f fudgesicle

S:  6 pnut butter crackers
D1:  1 slice meat pizza, 1 c. garden salad with grilled chicken and boiled egg
D2:  1/2 baked chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mozzarella cheese
S:  Small bag of potato chips....starving at work!
S:  1 slice meat pizza

Exercise:   40 min powerwalk with hand weights this morning, then laid in sun for 90 min!  Walked 3.5 miles at work tonight.
