I'm so excited!  Just heard from my surgeon's office late today that I'm booked for surgery on January 23rd.  Starting the required liquid diet tomorrow (just Glucerna or Ensure and water) and getting some blood tests done for the endocrinologist.  Also need to do another ECG for the endo since it's been a year since the last one and they didn't get the results of that.

This is such an excellent belated Christmas gift!

    Hey Good for you
The liquid diet is a ***** but if you can stick to it it makes the surgery so much easier , I had my surgery Dec 6 and I'm doing great, no more insulin for me very happy camper. good luck with everything
