It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

Congrats to you! I am just 7 weeks out so surgery is still very current to me.  Ask a lot of questions of your surgeon and their support staff.  Start practicing some of the restrictions and figuring out what you can do instead when the evil inner-muncher tells you to eat more than you need.  For me that inner-muncher didn't go away after surgery and in fact it became even more persistent.

Get ready for excitement and challenges.  It's a good ride to be on.

MsBlues,

So sorry your inner-muncher didn't go away after surgery.  I just want to share  cause it is not that way for everyone.

I have to be reminded to eat.  For some reason I can not get much down in the mornings. And I just hate the protien drinks.

I some times think my little pouches mouth (opening) has not woken up when I did.  I can
drink but sure can not eat a decent portion until after 5pm.  Which can make it worse to eat latter.

I know it is not safe or good for me to not eat about 6 small meals. At least !  My surgeon gave us a cute little purple pingpong ball to show us that she makes the pouch very very small.

I am also 7 weeks out next week I meet the PA on the 22nd for my 8th week check. Not sure why I am not seeing dr. M but this is the way they do it.

Hope it gets better for you with the hunger issues and to the young lady just remember you will be so happy when you start losing weight.  As they all say "nothing tastes as good as thin feels"
