I am just wanting to share.. I am seven months out and 153 Lbs down.. Never been happier in my life... its been a long journey to get here.. been thinking about surgery sence 2002..and finely got surgery on 1-12-2012.. Dr Coates in Modesto was amazing and his staff were so suportive. been through allot.. and so glad i never gave up everytime i got kicked.. Thankfull for this site.. you guys never let me give up on myself.. Thank you..

 Wow, I am so impressed!!!!  How did you loose 153 in only 7 months?  Did you exercise 4 hours a day or something like that?  I am close to having WLS and I am hoping to loose about that amount in 18 months.  Boy if there is a way to loose it in 12 or less that would be great.  Any helpful tips would be appreciated and I will follow your advice to the letter.  Sincerely Karen
