It is not by chance that a person can lose weight after weight loss surgery and keep it off. I don't know about you but I get into a rut with breakfast and just eat the same thing...but this is so simple and just so yummy...I had to share.

Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (I like the vanilla they now have Dannon Light and Fit Carb and Sugar Control)
It is like a treat...I look forward to it.
