Does anyone know of a protein bar that doesn't give you gas?!!

oh, no, I totally get that.

I'm just confused when early post ops want to do bars instead of shakes to supplement their food, but...I mean, a protein bar is food, so it's gonna make them just as full as regular food and probably have less protein and more likely to upset a tummy.

I just dunno...maybe I just don't really recommend them for people early out.  Or sumpin'.

I like protein bars tho, so maybe I should just STFU.  lol

My head is fully of musch and pain right now, so I missed the "recent post-op thing.  Yeah, a scrambled egg.  With cheese.  And little bits of ham or something.

Do you know what it is that is causing you gas?

I love Lenny & Larry's protein brownies and cookies.  They have no sugar alcohols, but are high in carbs.  The cookies are vegan, though, so if it's dairy that might work.
