Lunch and spending a fortune!

Does anybody have this same issue?  I used to pack my lunch for work most days, but now generally what I pack I don't feel like eating by lunchtime.  So I wind up going out and spending around $10 a day on lunch.  I don't come close to eating that much food, so it's a waste of money.  What do you guys do for lunch (if you work outside the home)?  Ideas needed...thanks!
I pack a lunch in a box with separate compartments so I have a variety of choices. Usually things like:
- a hard boiled egg
- different cheeses
- olives
- nut crackers
- ham
- cocoa almonds
Plus I take a protein shake. I'm always really happy with my lunch options. If I do buy lunch out, I always order something I can take home and save for later. I never throw out my left overs anymore!
I've been known to pack several different meals based on what I feel like eating.

Lately, I've been packing a pre-cooked/pre-seasoned frozen chicken breast (it's pesto seasoned).  Then, I like to dice up a tomato and pack some feta cheese crumbles.  After I microwave the chicken breast (I microwave it with the tomatoes so it stays nice and moist), then I add the feta cheese and eat.

Sometimes I'll just pack cottage cheese and beef jerky and snacky foods like that.  If I don't have time to pack anything, I usually go to a local grocery store and buy a big tub of greek yogurt.

If I eat out, I usually just run to wendys and get 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and throw out the buns.  That only runs me about $2.50ish.

$10 a day for one meal can add up quick.  i understand about bringing something and not wanting it, how about you take snack stuff in case you don't feel like your main meal?  like yougurt, cheese, nuts etc then you could eat that and save a little
Good ideas...thanks!
I pack a variety of items so that, depending upon my mood, I have options.  Things like cheese and gluten-free crackers, greek yogurt, almonds, tuna or meat or maybe a little fruit are my usual choices.  I always start lunch with a protein shake.
