Wondering how I can contact Vitalady for a vitamin question, or if any of you guys could help me...

I'm sick of the chewables, especially zinc...so I want to order the pills...

I started with the DS starter pack... to replace my calcium and zinc chewables, should I get .....

**Vitalady tender calcium citrate only
or
**Vitalady tender Cal-Mag-D3???

**Vitalady tender zinc (gluconate)
or
**Puritans pride zinc (chelated)????

To contact her directly: vitalady at vitalady dot com.

I use the Puritans pride zinc. I don't use either of those calciums and I don't think it matters which one you use, as long as you get enough of the stuff. I use a cal-mag combination from Country Life at the moment.

I take my calcium citrate and Magnesium citrate in separate pills, but if you are constipated then you also want to get some Magnesium oxide.  I do the chelated zinc.

I take a Cal/Mag combo.    It has mag ox in it, but I need that for constipation, as I take so much calcium.   I take my citrate separately.    It doesn't really matter what calcium you use - just make sure it's citrate.

I take a chelated zinc that I order from Vitacost.

I've used both the tender zinc and the puritans pride zinc.  The puritans pride zinc upset my stomach so I had to take it with my protein.  The tender zinc is very easy to swallow and easy on my tummy.  No problems with that.

For calcium I am currently using Citrical Max.  When those are gone I will be using puritans pride calcium citrate.  HTH.
