don't know what happened or how it happened.  all i know is the rumble tummy started around 9:00 this morning.  just gas rumbling around. oh great, and i have an all day meeting.  by 4:00 i was so miserable with trapped gas, i couldn't concentrate.  this was the pits for sure.

double protein coffee
2 slices of deli turkey
double protein coffee
trying to eat a scramble egg now
maybe another protein coffee before bed?

vites:  all screwed up. missed mid-day and late afternoon batch.
fluids: if i make 64 oz it will be pure luck.

can i have a "do-over" please???????

Oh dear, that would have been awful! You definitely need a do-over day.  I hope things go much better tomorrow.

Excellent Bites. So, you can tell IHOP no battered eggs? I will keep that in mind. Good job today!

Hey Guys, I had NO idea IHOP put pancake batter in their eggs - thats horrible!! I will def ask for no batter next time we are in there as I always have an omelete thinking is a SAFE food for the tummy and gas.....Mmmmm

Wednesday was a complete carb right off for me...head SO not in the right place since I got back from the UK. Must try harder to get back on the wagon, the sugar **** has well and truly got a hold.....
Plan for Friday is the following: I have a vacation home to clean and prepare for he next guests and I am helping some friends move house in the afternoon...so hands should be busy...
B - low carb wrap with scrambled eggs and cheese, coffee
L - cold cut combo salad from Subway with a ton of mayo and extra cheese
S - couple boiled eggs and mayo, iced coffee
D - low carb lasagne with ton of exra salad and diet coke (No wine as driving so helps with carbs)
S - if hungry later, fage yoghurt

Lets see if I can keep to it. I bought the Gillian Michaels "ripped in 30 days" DVD to get some toning exercise in as due to budget I cancelled gym subscription...we'll see how I get on
Missed you all

Yorkie xx

Hi, quick question...what exactly is a "protien coffee"?  I am a little over a month postop, and am concerned about protien.  Things are not going down as well as I had hoped.

Is it unflavored protien mixed with coffee????

Not wild about coffee, but this might be easy to take on the way to work.

thanks!

I make mine so that it tastes like a Starbucks cinnamon dolce latte.

Protein coffee
1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or lactaid milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (or Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Chocolate Truffle, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}
