Hi Gina,
Hope you're feeling better and your day at home went well.

The week has gone really good until the last hour or so in clinic. Just ended on a bad note, but tomorrow will be a good and better day.

91 here today.

 Ok today I felt sick of stomach only thing that did not make me feel bad was my double protien coffee

Breakfast- Double protein cofee
Lunch- Volcano Nachos ate 3 nachos and topping
Dinner- top of pizza
No snacks today
