Vits all in for the day (vitalady's regimin)
Exercise-yard salingfor a good 4 hours, in & out of car, to & from car.... HA HA. Aggrivated my hernia, so taking it easy as hernia is making me have discomfort (surgery not until August because I developed an infection in my incision back in January). So not going to have too much strenuous activity.
