Real busy day at work.
Just wondering how much restriction I'll get with the hernia repair.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey, Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles, Adkins granola bar
S: cheese, couple grape tomatoes
D: fish, salad

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: just work

If you're getting a tummy tuck at the same time, I would imagine some good restriction. Don't know if a hernia repair does but only that many folks see some weight loss after a hernia repair.

Breakfast was double protein shake
Lunch- Some of south west salad from Mc Donalds
Snack- nuts
Dinner a piece of b day cake

I know today was not good it was hot hot hot.  Tomorrow will be better.
