The most important one is iron. Take iron away from your other vitamins except maybe a little copper and vitamin C. You also don't want to have calcium/dairy, eggs, whole wheat or caffeine around iron. You do want to give it a little citrus acid such as some orange, grapefruit, tomato or strawberry.
