BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - white chicken chili
S - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size popcorn
D - steak w/ sauteed mushrooms & garlic and a glass of wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Well finished the graveyard shift for a while, and I survived lol

Bites:

B: sausage and 3 perogies and mixed vegges

L: protein shake

S: dark chocolate and some cheezies

D: bagel with butter and cheeze whiz

Night"

Hi Gina,
Well, close to 10# down....almost.
Slipped a little at lunch and the eating season has begun. Figure next week will be a write off

B: bacon, sausage, protein shake
S: cheese, protein bar
L: very small ham and cheese sandwich with veggies, dill pickle ( served at a lunch meeting)
S: custard
D: polish sausage, homemade cranberry sauce

E: errands after work and basketball game (lots of stairs) tonight

Daily Bites

11-18-14 2 egg mc muffins no bread, 2 chicken strips, fried okra, protein shake, protein bar, a few grapes, chili, carb smart bar.  Surpassed steps goal   Frustrated that the weight is not coming off and the carb cravings are bad.

So nice to read what others are eating. Glad to see everyone.  You  give me great ideas (meatloaf anyone?) and inspiration.
