***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,
The only saving grace was using heavy whipping cream in my protein coffees and the extra butter...malabsorbing those like crazy.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) 
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - popcorn
L - chef salad
S - peanuts
S - a slice of sourdough toast w/butter
D - veggie beef soup w/saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

Happy Tuesday everyone,

Bites: for Monday 

greek yogurt

sandwich

2 fish sticks and some mac n cheese (leftovers)

apple and cheese

muffin (work brought in)

danish ( I bought at the store)

small bowl of ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

So today went well til about 2pm then it fall apart. I had a hungry day today, but even when I was full I still found myself eating, so this is not one of the 3-4 good eating days. - and since people are recording late in the day I may record again today for Tuesday's eating and be on track for daily bites. So as I sit here early Tuesday morning, I am planning on a better eating day.

Wish me luck - and we had our Thanksgiving a while ago, but I get wanting to have Turkey and all the fixins, ENJOY

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina,
Day didn't go as I had planned. Got sick after a few bites of breakfast then DD forgot to make cookies for our work potluck (she promised).
Came home early with a headache. Think I'll take a nap

B: few bites of bacon and sausage (whoops)
S: protein shake left over from breakfast
L: few bites of Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, pecan pie (wasn't worth it.....was hesitant to try any meats)
S: bacon and sausage leftover for breakfast
D: plan fish and salad

this is my bites, for Tuesday

yogurt, 1/2 slice toast with jam and 1/2 banana

cheese ball and crackers- to many

cobb salad

orange

mini cinnamon bun - someone brought them to work

cheese sticks

strawberry protein shake

banana

roast beef, potatoes and carrots 

ice cream

vites: all in

Exercites: not sure stomach not doing so well, can't go far from the bathroom

L - 1 chicken tender and two cheese slices ( I was hungry today)

S - almonds

D - 1 chicken tender and greek yogurt lite and fit

S - None

Water: in progress (only had about 35 oz today, still early only 4:00 here)

Too busy today to mess up a lot. It was my travel day and there was a new hire to start training. Good day for sure.
