Still havent went to Costco.....been stressful but good news found my girls. Yay 

Helped make tamales yesterday.....ate a couple of bites....horrible stomach ache early this morning. It seems even when i eat on plan with the exception of a few bites of a treat (cookie, chocolate. Flour products)  i pay dearly

Keep on the straight and narrow. Use this time wisely and lose as much as you can as fast as you can.  I'm glad you found your girls. : )

I usually do really well, but I have noticed that I have on occasion taken one bite or two of a sweet or bread product the last couple of weeks due to the holidays.  It does not agree with me, so that is becoming a good reminder.  All considering, I think I have done well with all the parties, etc.  I make sure to eat my own food beforehand and bring my own snacks. The worst case scenario, I add one bite of something sweet, but still get my fluids and protein in.  I can't wait for the holidays to be over. Prior to the holidays, I didnt allow myself to even have a bite of anything off plan.

Our local grocery story carries them in the Organic and Special Foods section.  Places like Whole Foods carry them in even greater variety.
