L  - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
D - pork chop and small salad

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and leaning push-ups

Icy start to my morning. Maybe 50 degree temps are just around the corner?

Double protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

Chef salad heavy on the protein (ham, cheeses, bacon)

small piece of coffee cake

I hope 50 degrees is coming soon. We have a wintery mix all afternoon. Did you see the pictures from Southern California's hail storm? Wasn't that fun?!? lol

Happy Monday,

bites: 12am to 5am

protein shake

fish, rice, and carrots ( leftovers from supper)

orange

small bag chips

yogurt

banana

3 marshmallow chocolate hearts

from 5pm - supper was

beef sausage, beans, and baked potato

banana

Vites: still need to take more but will through the night

Exercites: rower 10 min, bike 30min, and walked a mile on a walking track

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
