S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - protein shake
S - saltines and cheese
D - pork chops w/cream of mushroom soup gravy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: started
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats

Looks yummy. I wish I could do greek yogurt. For some reason it upsets my stomach.

Bites - Still is lose mode but transitioning to maintenance

B - Premier Protein + 3 slices bacon

S - Short Flat White + 1/4 C half&half with 4 shots Espresso 

S - Sea Salt & Vinegar Almonds (28g)

L - Tuna in Sunflower Oil + 2 TBSP Mayo + Yellow Mustard + Dill Relish

S - 28g Mint Dark Chocolate M&M's (Note this was too many - they made me wish I would throw up) & Blueberry Raspberry Zip Fizz + Benefiber 

D - Undecided

S - Salted Carmel Almonds

 

Vites - 

Morning - Done

Mid Morning - Done + Vit A

Mid Afternoon - Soon (3pm)

Evening - 8pm

 

Exercites - None for today, maybe some stretching
