S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - protein shake (30g)
S - low carb wrap and butter
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy & bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats

Had a really nice day. Drove to Maryland for my brothers retirement party.

2 spare ribs

1/2 a small dinner roll generously buttered

green beans

small salad

strawberry shortcake (1" x 3") had a nice fresh whipped cream topping

Toppings off leftover sausage pizza

Hi Everyone

Bites:

B - Chocolate Premier Protein 

S - 4 shots espresso with 1/3 cup half & half

L - about 6 small french fries and less than half a burger patty with cheese

S - peanut m&m's

S - 2 pieces bacon

D - 2 eggs, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 piece bacon, 1 tbsp sour cream, in a high fiber tortilla

S - Salted Carmel Flavored Almonds 

S - Maybe a pickle or two - I haven't decided yet

Vites:

All in + Vitamin A day

Exercites: walk to train & back - about 3/4 miles each way and quickly enough to get my HR up

Good evening everyone,

Bites: protein shake

1/2 of a turkey sandwich and fries - restaurant

1 marshmallow chocolate egg

apple and cheese

ham sandwich 

yogurt dessert thing

1/2 mixed nuts

3 carrot sticks and 1/2 a tomato

banana

Vites: all in

Exercites: none today

got blood test results back from the dr today everything looks good overall. So pretty happy about that.

off to the eye dr on Thursday, time for new glasses.
