Pre-B - protein coffee w/HWC (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Scoops and fresh salsa
L - protein shake and chef salad
S - Greek yogurt
D - pork chops w/ cream of mushroom soup gravy and green beans w/corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks, push-ups and squats

then off to work another grave shift

Off today. Made the trip to vist Dad. Eye appt., errands,, and he wanted his birthday dinner at the local diner. All the wait staff sung happy birthday to him. It was a very nice day.

Breakfast for lunch/dinner at the diner: 2 fried eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 1 slice rye toast

2 forkfuls of birthday cake

1/2 double bacon cheeseburger- no bun

few fries

vanilla protein smoothie w/ HWC, splash of OJ, coconut almond milk

1/2 peanut butter Easter egg

fluids: 80 oz.
