B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - buttered toast
L - chef salad
S - sunflower seeds
D - leftover stir fry chicken
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - sunflower seeds

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks, push-ups, squats and stairs

Another gorgeous day. It was my travel day, so I rode with the sunroof open. Really nice day.
