B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - sunflower seeds
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
S - salad and chili
D - shrimp nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks and leaning push-ups

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick and cashews

L - inside of a breakfast burrito (ham, cheese, sausage) or fajitas and beans, no rice. Going out to lunch with peers

S - protein bar

D - grilled Tilapia

S - SF pudding

Fluids: in progress

The bad news is I felt like crap all day yesterday after eating those sweets in the morning, the good news is that means my body is so used to eating healthy that it revolts when I eat bad.

3 slices of scrapple w/ American cheese on toasted rye

protein decaf coffee

Aonther protein decaf coffee

2 grilled hot dogs

Few chips

 Mini butterfingers 

Vanilla protein smoothie

 Crack slaw - so yummy

night cap later on - protein decaf coffee

vites: missed a calcium batch. Bedtime batch pending 

fluids: 90 oz by bedtime
