I was in a triathlon, I won a medal. I have never thought I would ever do something like that but I did, I did it. So I just wanted to share this milestone with others, I am so happy with this lifesyle.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
