B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
S - more peanuts
D - 3 beef hotdogs and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of trail mix

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Sad day. We buried my  husband's 34 yr old niece today. Cause of death is still unknown.

 

a.m. Labs - believe it or not the best part of the day. Stuck, draw, and done. Easy peasy.

Dunkin' donuts - egg/double bacon/cheese on 1/2 croissant 

iced protein decaf coffee

another iced protein decaf coffee

insides of a tuna wrap

few chips

pickle slices

very small piece of cherry danish

vanilla protein smoothie 

few slices of bacon

another protein smoothie 

vites: tried all day to catch up, but missed a calcium batch

fluids: 120+ oz. (48 oz. was before my labs - pumping up those veins)

I haven't been on in a while, too busy with work...finally have this weekend off! I tried a few different new foods (since surgery) today, and haven't thrown up....there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've had a rough time this last month with trying new things and then throwing them up.

  • 3 syntrax nectar shakes
  • almost one 11oz muscle milk light drink
  • Yoplait greek yogurt
  • bite of a granola bar
  • Salad with chicken and ham, a couple bites of wheat toast
  • Carbsmart ice cream bar (seeing Gina post about it everyday made me want to try it!)

You did great! Keep using the protein shakes to keep your nutrition in balance.  Are you getting 64oz of fluids in as well?
