BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - leftover pork stir fry
S - buttered toast
S - protein shake (30g)
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

My neighborhood escaped the really bad storms, but a property I manage is without phone, cable, and electric. Possibly until Friday.

We had a couple of bad storms the other night too. I do not like hearing and seeing tornado warnings! I hope you get all the utilities restored soonest. That's got to be a PITA.  : (
