Pre-B - coffees w/HWC
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - leftover chicken tenders
S - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins and cream cheese
D - pork chops and green beans w/corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

I am back from holidays, it was a good time overall, the food not so good but I guess it wasn't the worst either

So Bites for Tuesday

Protein shake

banana

1/2 bagel with jam

orange

hamburger and a few fries

carrots

chicken KFC with a few fries

Vites: all in

Exercites: none spent the day travelling

Feeling like I need to renew my commitment to checking in. So see you tomorrow

Happy hump day. Hubs is working the midnight shift. That means my dinner selections are a little wacky.

Protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese chunk 

almonds

1/2 Lebanon bologna, Swiss, lettuce, mayo on toasted pumpernickel 

pickle

few chips

mini carrots

2 coconut cookies 

Protein decaf coffee

Jimmy Deans egg/cheese/sausage on croissant- removed 2/3 of croissant 

scraped toppings off a Sara Lee French bread pizza

more almonds

very well buttered Pop Tart

vanilla protein smoothie 

vites: all in

fluids: 90+ oz.
