Happy Sunday, off to work for me, glad I am off tomorrow, I need to get a couple things done at home.

Exercites: none - taking Saturdays off for a while

Was super sick Friday night, I think I had a bit of dumping syndrome it happens every couple of years, dr say I just have to get through it they can't help. So it started at 6pm and I suffered til after midnight. So pretty tender stomach, which shows with my eating yesterday. Still taking it easy on Sunday. But I do feel much better.

Last day of vacation. Sat on the deck this morning with breakfast, a cat, and a good book. Heaven.

Rest of the day was spent finishing up chores and getting ready for the week. Hope everyone had a great Sunday.
