Here we go again!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
2ndB - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - last of the leftover catfish
S - peanuts
D - pork chops and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/peanuts on top

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

First day back to work after vacation is always rough. My assistant did a beautiful job keeping my desk clear while I was gone. I, however, undid her magic in less than an hour. 

Protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks

1/2 ham & Swiss sandwich on pumpernickel 

few chips

pickle

mini carrots

Protein decaf coffee

Donut

Bunless cheeseburger 

1/2 ear - grilled corn on the cob

vanila protein smoothie 

vites: all in

fluids: 90 oz.

Happy Monday- enjoyed my day off today - got lots done around home with hubby. Back to work tomorrow, but just for the day, I'm off again Wed and Thurs.

Bites
protein shake

2 breakfast sausages, 1 poached egg and 1/2 slice of toast

greek yogurt and fruit and granola

cheezies

sugar free ice cream treat

turkey meatloaf, potato and some mixed veggies

very small piece of cheesecake

1/2 bagel with jam

Vites: missed lunch today

Exercites: just housework and moving furniture

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

A little late but sleep caught up with me early last night.  

Bites:

B - protein shake
L - cottage cheese and dutchloaf lunchmeat
S - power crunch bar
D - grilled hamburgers, brussel sprouts, potato salad
S - finished the potato salad
S2 - ice cream sandwich

Vits - all in

Exercites - 90 minutes biking (15 miles)

I may have overdone the brussel sprouts. It just seemed to sit in my stomach most of the evening. Not sure what else it could have been. Cest la vie!
