L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins and cream cheese
D - BBQ ribs, hard cider, 3" corn on the cob, Caesar salad, tiny corn muffin chips & dip
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry, housework, keeping up with grandbabies, and cooking/grilling for a crowd

Ate some chocolate covered almonds and my tummy got all upset. Other than that, today's been a great day.

Protein decaf coffee

1/2 Bacon & mayo sandwich on pumpernickel toast

(you know I must have felt crummy)
