Excema on scalp, face and neck...Anyone have an idea what nutient I might be lacking to have this ongoing issue? I am 14 yrs out. Labs are ok. I will see my doc. Just wondering if anyone had this?

I haven't and don't recall anyone posting about this as a nutritional issue. I though I read somewhere that low vitamin D3 might have a connection with excema though. Please keep us posted if you learn anything. Good luck!

The first thing I would try is a good dose of sunlight!

Some responsible for that could be A, E, B2, zinc... That just a few...

Also - food allergies...
