One year surgiversary!!!!

Today is my one year surgiversary!!!!! Last year I had a revision to DS, after 6 years with the lapband, that never worked. I knew that it wouldn't be easy, especially as a revision AND being so short (5'2"), but I went for it and have spent the past year truly giving my all. I have lost 132 pounds, 325 to 193, my bmi has gone from 59 to 35, I have 57 pounds left to lose to reach my goal.

I read someone's post saying that they eat right 99% of the time and I feel like that describes me as well. My vitamins, proteins and fluids are non-negotiable to me. I get them in every day no matter what.

I know I still have 57 pounds to go, but when I look in the mirror, I love my reflection!! When I stop to look in the mirror before heading out each day, I'm still startled and amazed by the person who looks back!
