S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S -
L - tuna salad
S - protein shake (30g)
D - meatloaf and green beans
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day

D - bunless cheese burgers and tomatoes w/mayo

calcium batches: forgot to take them out of my purse

Cheddar cheese stick

Popeyes chicken tenders
Ripped off & ate the top only of accompanying biscuit
3 mini cookies
Mini Kit Kat (1"x3")
Decaf protein shake
Toppings only from leftover sausage & roasted pepper pizza
Strawberry Greek yogurt
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
