L - protein shake (30g)

S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

I kind of fell away from tracking there for a while. Back today. Probably because I'm having a little
stomach ache and that is keeping me from eating too much.  

Bites:

Protein shake
Possible salad for lunch with Microwaved chicken
Going out tonight. Not sure what dinner will entail.

Pretty unlikely today but maybe things will look up in the afternoon.

Walking and stairs sounds good. Good way to go.

I usually don't get in many steps for the day except when it 
translates my bike riding to steps.
