B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - chicken salad w/celery
S - popcorn
D - tacos
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Happy Tuesday, worked the 3-11pm shift yesterday so it was a long shift

hamburger with onions and mushrooms and gravy with a salad

Exercite: 40 min walk in my neighborhood
