Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - hot dogs w/chili and cheese
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and standing at the computer all day

I was going to start the thread last night and fell asleep. Ugh.

Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 salami & Swiss on whole wheat
Few chips
Mini carrots
Decaf protein coffee
Handful of popcorn
5 chocolates
Baked chicken
Tossed salad
Corn casserole
Vanilla protein shake
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
