B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - stir fried chicken w/asparagus, mushrooms and bamboo shoots
S - Greek yogurt

evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 ham & turkey on toasted rye
Chips
Mini carrots
Small wedge of angel food cake
Decaf protein coffee
3 chocolates
Scrambled eggs
Bacon
1/2 ww bagel toasted, appropriately buttered w/ cream cheese
LF cottage cheese w/ a small dollop of apple butter
Decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
