MajorMom, when you say you have protein coffee, are you talking about regular coffee with protein powder in it or is there such a thing as protein coffee?

I mix my own. Here's the directions:

In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 6oz of 1/2&1/2 and 1 heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder. I like Syntrax Nectar whey protein isolate. I also add a dash of cinnamon. 

Cover and gently shake about 5 seconds. Top off the blender bottle with your choice of hot coffee. Tilt gently to blend.  Always add hot liquid to the cool protein slurry to keep it from clumping. You want the protein to stay under about 130 degrees.

That's it! Enjoy.
