B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and small salad
S - small bag of kettle chips
D - steak and mushrooms
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

Howdy,

Wednesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Went to the salad bar - bacon, ham, tuna, egg salad, olives,
Cheese, celery, oh, and a bit of lettuce too. ?
Chocolate mint square
Decaf protein coffee
Corned beef hash w/ a poached egg
1/2 of an appropriately buttered corn muffin
Decaf protein coffee
Possibly a Greek yougurt, not sure
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
