evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

No wonder my stomach hurts. It all started with the donuts and went downhill from there.

Turkey bacon

Handful of Cheetos
1/2 chocolate donut
Insides of a jelly donut

Sloppy joe w/melted cheese over a few fries
